Rules for Master Cleanse Diet
If you’re not ready for what you’ll experience during the Master Cleanse, there is a good possibility that you will fail. With the this diet plan being just 10 days, it is easily seen why people just jump right in. They think it will be easy ….. But its NOT.
During your time on the Master Cleanse you are likely to experience hunger, aches, and irritability. Most people give up because of hunger. Putting solid food aside for a couple days and only drinking liquids is harder then most people think. Even though the cravings for whole foods can be difficult they do subside after a few days on the Master Cleanse.
So rule one for completing the Master Cleanse is to get through day number three. At the beginning, instead of focusing on completing the entire ten days, just focus on getting through the three days. Taking the small step approach and breaking this diet down into smaller goals will make it much easier.
The second rule for completing the Master Cleanse diet is to deal with pain and soreness. Having headaches is the most common side effect of the Master Cleanse diet, but sometimes people get aches throughout their body.
Drinking a lot of water will reduce the aches. In addition try to relax and not exert yourself. Because your body will be going through a rigorous cleansing process, limit activity to light walks only if necessary.
The third rule for completing the Master Cleanse is to overcome irritability. While you are cleaning the inside of your body you may end up creating strain on the people around you. Be aware that this is a possibility.
Make sure you let the people around you know that you will be undertaking an internal cleaning process. Let them know that it will be strenuous and that it may cause mood swings. In addition, ensure that you undertake the process during a ten day period that you are not bogged down with work, stress, or chores.
There’s much more to succeeding at the Master Cleanse then I can cover in this small article.
If you are serious about trying the Master Cleanse and want to be one of the people who do make it through the whole 10 days, then the Master Cleanse Secrets book is the most complete guide available for helping you get through the Master Cleanse.
