Yea I have seen this guide before, one of my friends used it he said he did see an improvement, although he is pretty lazy so he probably didn’t put much effort into building his abs. He more or less just likes to buy things. I think this guy has actually sold like 450,000 of these e-book or something like that so it’s gotta be great.
