Interesting review. I think if a person who is looking at losing weight carefully assesses their eating habits, they will find that they are still spending money to keep those pounds. After all calories come from excess food or even small amounts of high calorie foods. So at the end of they day one will probably be spending the same amount, if not less, in losing weight with this plan.

I used fat loss 4 idiots before and it does work or it worked for me. I lost a total of 35 pounds, but i had to stop doing the diet because of other things going on in my life. But when i can i will start up again.
