Wide Sumo Squat
The Wide Sumo Squat is one of the most popular and most effective exercises for strengthening the inner thigh muscles. This wide stance squat is used to firm your butt and thighs.
One-Leg Pelvic Bridge
The one-leg pelvic bridge is a precursor to doing squats, so that it prevents injury or strain on joints during the squat. It activates muscle tissues in the inner & outer thighs, hips, and stabilizes knees and joints.
Inner Leg Raise
This inner thigh exercise is easy to perform at home. Form is more important for any exercise than the exercise itself. So be sure you use proper form for all exercises. Breathing is very important as well. Be sure to always exhale as the main work for each exercise is being done.

Solid article, people need to realize multi-jointed, full body workouts are the only thing thats has been proven to lose weight time and a time again and all of these fall under that category. Good share.
