I am constantly working out my abs, I even have a fitness product website. The only pain I have is finding it so difficult to cut back fat, most people have problem with the abs, but not me, just the back, and these are great ab exercises.
Thank you for the the informative videos. I have gotten completely away from any abs exercise that involve bending your spine (crunches). Planks, mountain climbers, roll-outs and jackknives are not only more effective, but safer.
