Exercises To Get Rid Of Butt Fat

Having butt fat is not so much a serious health issue, unlike belly fat, but it can cause lower self confidence. Though you can’t target fat loss, you can build muscle, and tighten and tone a specific area. If you couple the below targeted exercises with a fat loss program, then your butt can go from embarrassing to show-off material.

Cardiovascular Exercises

Cardiovascular exercises are a common theme anytime fat loss is the goal. Doing cardio exercises not only improves aerobic capacity, but it also burns calories. Since we’re focusing on the butt, focus on cardiovascular exercises that focus on the but, such as stair climbing, rowing, elliptical machine exercises, and treadmill hill running/walking. Have a goal of performing the exercises for forty-five minutes and doing them three to four days a week.

Single Leg Toe Touch

The single leg toe touch butt exercise is great for forming toned butt muscles. This video shows the proper form to perform this exercise.

Lunges

Glute Kickbacks

Great for strengthening the glutes and lower back, the kickback is great for tightening you but and increasing your endurance. This video shows the correct way to perform glute kickback without and weight resistance.

Butt Bridge

Combining the above exercises with a good fat burning diet will get you to your goal of having a nice tight rear end. Get focused on this goal, stay motivated, and you will be there in no-time.
