Tone Up Inner-Thigh Muscles

To get rid of inner thigh fat, there are two things that need to be done:

  1. Lose fat
  2. Strengthen and tone the muscles.
These two points must be done to tone and tightnen any area of the body. See the videos below for the most effective inner thigh toning exercises.
Here are exercises to stengthen the inner-thigh muscles to tone this area:

Wide Sumo Squat

The Wide Sumo Squat is one of the most popular and most effective exercises for strengthening the inner thigh muscles. This wide stance squat is used to firm your butt and thighs.

One-Leg Pelvic Bridge

The one-leg pelvic bridge is a precursor to doing squats, so that it prevents injury or strain on joints during the squat. It activates muscle tissues in the inner & outer thighs, hips, and stabilizes knees and joints.

Inner Leg Raise

This inner thigh exercise is easy to perform at home.  Form is more important for any exercise than the exercise itself. So be sure you use proper form for all exercises. Breathing is very important as well. Be sure to always exhale as the main work for each exercise is being done.
-Go at a controlled pace, if anything, it’s more beneficial to go on the slow side.

Side Lunges
