I’ve am currently on a weight-loss protocol that requires you to follow very strict dieting guidelines, which includes eliminating all pre-packaged foods (among many other things). I’ve noticed that my psoriasis, acne, etc., has ALL improved. I couldn’t believe the health benefits (beyond losing weight) that eliminating those toxins would do for me.
